Fontana AMA Was “Okay”

Only because Shawn’s sportbike had an oil leak and he got meatballed. He DNF’ed   Broke my heart. He finished 15th n Superbike. Which to some of you may not sound great, the Buell can be competitive but it needs tweaking. Hopfully he will be able to acquire more sponsors and get the money to fix up the bikes. Not to mention he needs about 5K per race weekend for tires and didn’t have it.  He qualled on used tires so he was further back on the grid. Not to mention this year’s Dunlops aren’t all that great to be running when they’re used.  Apparently the sides are reeeally soft and the center hard. Sounds like a secret street tire R&D session to me.
